No. Several beginner courses are designed for hand tools only. We mark each course with “No power tools” where applicable.
How long do I keep access to a course?
You receive at least 12 months of access from the date of purchase. If access changes in the future, we will honor the original window for your enrollment.
Is there a refund policy?
If you have not meaningfully consumed the content (e.g., under 10% of lessons) within 7 days, contact [email protected] and we will review your request.
Which course should beginners choose?
“Flat-Pack Foundations” or “Tool Safety Essentials” are ideal starts. They build confidence and core habits quickly.
Do you offer group training?
Yes. Contact us for team pricing and scheduling. We can tailor content to rental turnovers, office refits, or maker clubs.
Are the methods eco-conscious?
We prioritize low-waste practices, durable fasteners, and repair-friendly techniques. Eco-focused courses are labeled “Eco”.
